  Very Unprofessional! Met a rep at the home and garden show. I called within a week, he wasn't there, but other associate promised that he'd call the next day. A month later....still no contact! As a small biz owner, I find this amazingly pathetic and as a customer...frustrating at best. Question...why does a company drop serious coin to drum up biz at a home show, only to blow it off?.....I don't know either! Pathetic!
