  Joe did a great job explaining how everything worked and how my unit compared to where it should be, and what a newer unit would be. With having 15 yr old furnace and air conditioner, I know it's getting closer to its death. He was very efficient and not pushy, which being in sales myself, I very much appreciated. I would recommend Joe and service legends, and will use them in the future for these needs.
